MAY 30th

One of my very close friends is a therapist. She recommended that take a couple of sessions with a good therapist while I was living in Moscow, Russia. I like new experiences, especially when self-improvement is involved. So I went to my first meeting to prove to the “doctor” that I’m good!

After a short conversation she asked me:

-“Do you cry?”

My respond was – “no”

-” Do you ever cry?”

-” No, not really…”

– “When was the last time you cried?”

– ” I don’t remember, may be 5 or 10 years ago”

That’s how my long therapy session started ;))). I thought it would be a one-time deal, but the therapist asked me to visit her again and again. Next three meetings in a row I was crying non-stop. I didn’t realize, that I was burying my emotions for so many years. I never thought the simple solution could be to cry it out! Because I was told that crying is weakness. Bull shit! It’s actually the other way around.

The thought of the day!

“If you feel like crying – cry! Don’t keep it all inside of you. Your Tears like a shower for your soul, keep it clean and healthy!
